I returned to Leicester this Monday to attend to one of Evocative Design’s clients (and for a dental appointment – a long, dull story), and spent a bit of time wandering around the newly-opened Highcross Centre in Leicester (previously ‘The Shires’).

Sadly, the website (highcrossleicester.com is a bit disappointing: underwhelming – clean and corporate, rather than the vibrant design I would expect. To add to it, the website has a useless Flash splash page, which means searching for ‘highcross centre’ on Google only displays the text ‘Skip Intro»’ in the description in Google’s listings.
Nonetheless, the Highcross Shopping Centre is a pleasant enough space, and it (finally) brings Wagamama to Leicester!
