A Sunday afternoon and the onset of boredom led me to write up a list of other people called Richard Carter, both here (in the UK) and abroad, past and present.
I’ve discovered a mayor of Oxford and a ‘rear admiral’ in the Royal Navy, as well as a rather attractive man called Richard Carter, who looks much like myself.
